House Description and Features

Large wrap view deck is an excellent spot for al fresco dining, with a dining table for four or more, smaller "cafe" table/chairs, reclining lounge chairs and many scenic vistas. A lovely pine tree knoll offers privacy, without obstructing your views to the magnificent Red Rocks. Enjoy a barbeque on the gas grill in the backyard.

Inside, cozy up by the gas fireplace in the large family room. The living room is furnished comfortably with subtle southwest touches, like a cow skin hide covering the floor and rustic wrought iron touches. As you wander into the bedrooms, there's a lovely *gallery* of paintings to enjoy from Sedona and beyond.

To "tune in" during your stay, there's a 32" TV in the family room w/ cable and Bose stereo w/ CD, as well as a TV in the main bedroom w/ cable.

The home has three bedrooms and two baths. Two bedrooms have queen beds with cozy down comforters. The home sleeps four very comfortably. The third bedroom has a double sofa bed.

Kitchen offers all amenities, with new stainless oven/stove and microwave. Even enjoy views from the kitchen sink! Washer/dryer in home for your use.

Walk or take a short drive (less than 1 mile) to nearby amenities, such as, hiking trails, shopping, groceries, movies and numerous restaurants. Also enjoy golfing or many day trips to surrounding areas, such as, slide rock, Jerome, Flagstaff and more.
